As soon as you start your property search, register with Bovingdons Lettings. This ensures you’ll be among the first to hear about new and upcoming properties that match your requirements-often before they reach the wider market.

Once you’ve found the right home, you can submit your application.
A holding deposit will be required once the landlord has accepted your application and you have been successfully chosen for the property.
We carry out full referencing using an external referencing company. They check:

Once everything is approved, we’ll prepare your tenancy agreement and confirm your move-in date.
Your rent is paid monthly in advance.
We are responsive and address maintenance issues quickly. In addition, we will conduct regular property visits to ensure everything is in order and support a smooth tenancy.

When it’s time to move out, we’ll carry out a final check against the inventory. Your deposit will be returned promptly, subject to any agreed deductions.
