Established in 2021, “Bovingdons” is based in Soham, Cambridgeshire, and offers residential and New Home property sales and marketing as well as advice on Land and Planning, Development and all aspects of the residential property market.
Our mission is to provide the best possible service when buying or selling Property, to offer a creative and enthusiastic, professional service and to be a better than the rest. We are, and will continue to be, diligent, communicative & trustworthy in all that we do.
The company is owned and run by ourselves, Ian and Emma Bovingdon, and we have been married for nearly 30 years and have 2 grown up children, one of whom now works with us in the business. We met whilst working for a large corporate Estate Agency on the South Coast and have been in the property selling industry for over 70 years combined. We are experienced in all aspects of property, including land buying & selling, New Homes and residential homes.
We have lived in Cambridgeshire to over 25 years, raised our family here and have been involved with the local community and local businesses during that time.
It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to be an Estate Agent, but it takes someone or preferably a team, with compassion, experience, knowledge, integrity and honesty to make it a real success.
