Mel and Tanya have both worked in residential lettings for over 15 years each, bringing a wealth of experience and in-depth industry knowledge to everything they do. They are both fully qualified, holding MARLA status, and are proud members of Propertymark.
Between them, they have worked across a wide range of roles within large corporate letting agencies, giving them a comprehensive understanding of the sector from every angle. This breadth of experience means they know the lettings business inside out and understand exactly what is required to deliver a smooth, professional service.
Tanya began her career in London before relocating to Cambridge, where she continued to build her expertise in the local market. Mel was born and bred in Burwell and now lives in Soham, having worked within the Cambridge lettings market throughout her career. They are both firmly rooted in the local area and bring valuable local insight to their work.
